Hofrat Dr. Jur. Alexander. Dillmann was born on August 26, 1878 in Munich Germany, at that time known as the Kingdom of Bavaria. He was the son of the Royal Bavarian National Police Chief Alfred Dillmann, and his wife Elizabeth Dillmann, born Gossmann. Alexander was a Catholic, married with Irma Schaeffer from Magdeburg, then belonging to the Kingdom of Prussia.
1895: First concert at the age of 17. His next invitations were to concerts in foreign princely courts.
1897: Alexander performed in concerts and operas in Munich. This was also the last year of High School where in addition to graduating he completed the first year of law at the University of Munich.
1899: "Zeitschrift für Musik" with Paul Reber: Opera producer and literary advisor in theater, opera, or film in Munich.
1903 Maximilian School Graduate: as paralegal for occupation of Attorney, working at the district courts of Munich and Bad Reichenhall. Legal advisor for the district leaders Munich and Berchtesgaden; Police Headquarters of Munich.
1905 Alexander Dillmann completed his Doctorate passing the State exam (like the US state Bar) Dillmann came in seventh best among 240 candidates of the Kingdom of Bavaria. This was also the year he established his law practice. At only 28 years of age Alexander Dillmann was the youngest attorney in Germany.
1907, attorney in Munich, allowed to participate in the district courts, the regional courts and the king's courts.
1907 - 1916 first presenter of Opera and Music Advisory Board of Executives (Opera Critic) in the Munich Latest News, Dillmann stepped down in September 1916 to devote more time to his legal practice and own artistic endeavors.
From 1908 concert tours performing his own renditions of Richard Wagner's music in "Evening with Wagner" performances in many cities of Germany, Austria-Hungary, Switzerland as well as Holland, France, and Italy. Artists included Karl Adler (detailed information is available correspondence with Dillmann, photo of the pianist and includes one of the "Evenings with Wagner" programs.
January 2013 to end June 1914 Alexander Dillmann performed his "Evenings with Richard Wagner" renditions in Egypt, Ceylon, South and North India, Burma, the Malayen states, China and Japan world tour.
1913 to 1917 Dillmann's Wagner nights performances were combined with German artists in Switzerland (s.Anlage), and he was the first to institute fundraising setting up a large charity concert in Munich, (Mesothoriumkonzert with a pure profit of 2500 Xu.a.) with total revenue results of over $100,000.

Hand signed and dedicated in the silver image of his Majesty of the King of Bavaria, "Bavarian Ludwig Cross".
13.July 1912 Prince Regent Luitpold medal in silver to Commander of the order of merit for the art and science of Schwartzburg-Rudolstadt band around the neck.
Honoree Cross of Merit of v.Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt 3rd class.
1911 honorary Cross of Merit of the order of the Principality of Reuß.
In 1913 King Ludwig cross 1916 - that was King Ludwig cross to be worn.
7 January 1916 by King Ludwig III of Bavaria as token of honorific and grateful appreciation of donations, or acquired special merits to the Bavarian army, or to the welfare of the country during the war through voluntary activities in the homeland.
1918 The Red Cross medal third class command his Majesty of the King;
August 24, 1918, General Commission in high occasion of the Royal Prussian order. This is a medal 3 class;

The Regional Committee B. graced the award on behalf of the Deputy Military Chief of staff to Dillmann for assistance to wounded soldiers during war time (WW1) by providing entertainment to these troops through musical performances.
Military relationship: Relieve of military service due to a medical condition. Dillmann was not a member of the Nazi Party.
